We were in Niagra for a softball tournament and this property was perfect for our family (definitely beats staying in a hotel). The property was well maintained. Exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided and excellent quality. We didn’t use the kitchen but it had everything one would need and was also immaculate. The home itself is adorable. Modern furnishings (and also comfortable). Had an older charm with original wood floors and gorgeous moldings. Everything had been updated perfectly so it didn’t feel old. Was only a few minute drive from the falls. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in town.
Felt very safe (one big reason we chose this guest house), free on-site parking not on the street, residential area that was really quiet - practically no street noise. This is the first floor of a house and the second floor is also a rental. The outer door to the house is common to both units and then the two floors have separate locked entrances inside. The floor in the hallway by the bedrooms and full bath was creaky (consistent with the era of the house) which seemed even louder because the neighborhood was so quiet. Luckily we didn't overlap much with the people renting the upper floor and they weren't noisy. We did hear the cleaners when they came - occasional yelling and a little bit of floor creaking. FYI There weren't laundry facilities for us to use. Common areas were nice sized, bedrooms were smaller but consistent with this era of house and queen beds were pushed up against a wall to give more space. The fridge and freezer was a smaller unit (not dorm size and not full size) but easily adequate for the amount of food storage we needed. I sent questions periodically to the owner before and during renting and responses were returned in a reasonable amount of time. We had trouble opening the rental unit's door, called the owner, he answered right away, and instructed us on the knack of unlocking the door. There was a backyard area to relax in but we didn't use it. It took 15 minutes to walk to the aquarium via the gorge view park paths. The paths are wide and paved.

The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and charming. There was plenty of space for my family of five. James was a courteous host. Highly recommend.
This property is exactly as pictures. Each room is spacious enough and as a family of 4 there we had plenty of room. The neighborhood/street is clean and nice. The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had. Great accommodations!!
this place was everything that we needed. Three bedrooms and a bath and a half allowed us to spread out. A door between the living area and the bedrooms allowed some of us to sleep while other people were out in the main living area. It was clean, cute , and near a walking trail by the river.
The property was clean and near to Niagara Falls. The check in was a bit confusing. If that can be made smoother it would be grate. I did not see a Washer & Dryer. Is there one?Overall experience is Great.
The property has two separate units: an upper level and a lower level. We stayed in the lower-level unit, but the footsteps and movement from the guests in the upper unit were quite loud and frequently disrupted our stay. If you’re sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind when booking the lower-level
We took our friends from the North of Ireland with us to see Niagara Falls. Easy access, we had an Uber take us to/from so that we could hit the Casino afterwards and have a few drinks. Beds were comfortable, nice spot to stay. The only recommendation I would give is a larger coffee maker (the one there is the size of a hotel room) so we can enjoy coffee, especially in a 3-bedroom home. Also, the original posting clearly noted that it is a split house with other overnight renters, so we expected some noise. We were prepared...and we did have at least 2 small kids jumping around for a bit (not sure why the parents didn't tell them to stop), making it noisy, but after we left for the Falls, it wasn't an issue, and we got up and left the next day without any problems. We actually loved the place.
We only stayed over night. It was very close to the state park, which is great after walking around all day! This house is beautiful! I absolutely loved it! It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was great and very hot!
We had a great stay at this property in Niagara Falls, NY! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and just a quick 4-minute drive to Niagara Falls State Park—super convenient! The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and we had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Parking was also a breeze with space for two cars in the back and two in the front.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area. If it’s available, I’ll definitely be booking it again for my next trip!
The check in process was very easy. We did have a small issue at first with the inner door but we got the hang of it. We were very comfortable in the house and it was bigger than we thought. It was so very close to everything! Didn’t use the kitchen much. Just for making coffee and use of the fridge. It was very clean and nice and we had a wonderful time.
It was nice. Little further from falls than I originally thought. House was beautiful....it had the essentials. Directions for how to care for house were detailed and well documented. On site and in person. Thank you!
