The terrace overlooks a forest of olive trees and other magnificent trees. A large living-sleeping (brand new Murphy bed) area opens up on a large terrace. The sea view is not from the apartment but from the front of the building and the shared parking in front of the building. Not only can you sit peacefully on the terrace but you can exit the building and do breath taking walk around the Mont Boron, following the sea and stop on a bench to read or just admire the views of the Mediterranea from Nice or Villefranche. This 30 sqm apartment is located in the best part of the most sought-after neighborhood in Nice, Mont Boron, between the lower and middle corniche. The location will appeal to those who appreciate the tranquility and freshness of being situated by the sea (the apartment doesn't have a sea view) and a forest. The living area has a leather sofa, a console table with two leather armchair chairs, and a Murphy bed. The terrace has a small table and two chairs where you can eat peacefully or soak up the sun on a recliner. The kitchen is very spacious and offers ample storage. A pull-out table hidden under the counter allows you to have meals while facing the tranquility of the forest. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a bidet. Also included in the rental is a cellar where you can store items not needed for daily life. It's equipped with shelves and a rolling wardrobe. The apartment has been furnished with quality furniture: a wardrobe and Murphy bed from Mobilier de France with a spring mattress, a leather sofa "Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance" from Ligne Roset, and a solid oak console table from AMPM, Marcel Breuer armchairs. The terrace overlooks the Mont Boron forest, where very pleasant walks will allow you to admire breathtaking views of the Bay of Nice or even Villefranche. From the building, through a locked door, you have access to several trails for walks or jogging. Transportation: The Belle-rive stop of line 30 is in front of the private path leading to the building. Otherwise, a 10-minute walk away, 4 other lines (33, 15, 603) can be taken to go to the city center or in the direction of Monaco.
