It was a sketchy start because room was not ready for about an hour- front desk was helpful but neglected to tell us when the room was ready. Location was good. Breakfast looked good but we did not partake. Helpful getting a cab and storing our luggage.

The staff was amazing ! 5 star ⭐️ they were always willing to help and assist day or night early morning or late nights. I would simply go back just for the services of the staff and hospitality. Victorio was the best ! I hope by next year he is manager and wild be well deserved. A great time hopefully be back to visit November 2027!

Excellent location, close to the restaurants and the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room on top floor with the balcony was very clean, large and with a nice view in the city centre. Parking was a bonus.

Excellent hotel and staff. Rooms are large and spacious with great shower and lot's of room and storage. Excellent working AC as well. Has two elevators, great spacious lobby and friendly staff. The pool was great too. Great location short walk from old Nice, beach and the "tourist core"

A great location for tours, food and the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable price compared to others around the area. The only thing we were not happy about which surprised us was that to use their pool, it cost 10 euros per hour per person. So instead we used the free more beautiful Meditteranian beach which was like a warm pool anyway.

Hotel Nice Riviera’s main strength is its location, convenient to both the train station and the beach, while still being quiet enough in the evening. The front desk team was exceptionally polite and professional. Aesthetically, though, it did not meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. The interiors felt dated.

Good location, wasn’t advised that there was a charge for the pool per person which was a surprise. Lots of cafe’s and boulangeries in the area, didn’t eat at the in house restaurant so can’t comment on its food.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to everything required for the holiday. The staff were all very helpful and adviced about the things to do locally. Good local knowledge. The pool area was very clean and the kids had a blast as it was only them using it for the hour allocated. The rooms may need upgrading a little bit with deco and flooring Bathroom was clean. Overall good, would have been excellent if the room deco was updated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn’t be any better, few blocks from the beach and all the shops and restaurants and the main city square. Conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the Nice train station. The room was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a double bedroom, and when I checked in I got an connected room with a random woman. there was a thin door seperating our rooms, with no sound proofing - so I could hear her talk in the phone constantly. I complained and then they gave me another room but it took nearly an hour for it to be ready and for me to love all of my stuff. in the new room there was no towels. And it took them over half an hour to come with towels after my request. The hotel key cards to the room kept failing, so many times I needed to reconnect the cards at the reception. Talked also to other guests who had the same problem. elevator is super slow and very small. Location of the hotel is perfect. next to the train station and to the beach etc.

location is great, near beach, restaurants, old town and walkable to everywhere and 20min from airport We stayed just after Easter 2026 lovely street to be based on - shopping, restaurants, cafes, chocolates, florist breakfast not worth it at all, very dated and basic offerings (although the ladies that ran it were very kind and friendly) when there is a wonderful cafe directly opposite and many more close by Never saw anyone serving at the bar during the day or night apart from one evening when they had a private function and even as hotel guests we were ushered out the way Only a couple of the reception staff are friendly/welcoming, the rest were actually really quite rude, one guy (short, slim, always sunglasses on top of his head) ate his fast-food lunch whilst working reception and ignored multiple guests On check out, he also chased me out of the swimming pool changing room, shouting outside for me to come out, after I used it to get changed before departing in my taxi, no apology or anything afterwards when he realised who I was. Our room was fine, very old fashioned and had a leaking unusable fridge but was comfy and clean The pool got a bit manic at times (you have to book with reception in advance) and the sauna was never on nor information how to have it turned on.

Hotel is in a great location for about everything and is very walkable. Hotel room is larger than most rooms we’ve experienced in the past. Only drawback at the moment is the renovation occurring in the adjacent property which has construction noise during daytime hours. Otherwise the area is quiet. We would stay here again but would definitely prefer it after construction is completed.
