“We arrived Hervey Bay at its transit centre. It was convenient to just catch a bus and arrive just outside the motel in 15 minutes. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and nice. Though you can tell the property isn't very new, it was maintained in good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was crispy clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate out in the Seaside restaurant that night, which is a part of the hotel. The food was good and we enjoyed good seafood in……

“Zimmer wenig hochwertig eingerichtet. Es gab eine Durchreiche nach aussen, die jedoch mit einem Schloss gesichert war. Das war etwas unheimlich. Zimmer hat modrig und nach Toilette gerochen. Die Tür zum Bad war schon kaputt, an der Decke kleine Schimmelsporen. Wir würden nicht nochmal dort übernachten.”

“We were expecting an ocean view instead we got the side view into somebody yard not what we planned for. Staff were great and understanding but could fix the issue.”

“Clean room with cold air conditioning. I was disappointed with not having bowls/plates & cutlery though. Apparently you had to request which I did not see that information when booking online until I had arrived late with my kids amd resd it in the envelope. I then tried to get some bowls/ spoons in the morning but the front office was not open. Still wasnt when I left at 9.30 in the morning. Otherwise overall it was comfy and clean. ”
