These cozy upstairs lofts are located in Niles, Michigan by the river. This listing is for Loft 4 in our 10-loft building. Enjoy a stay in this cozy 1 bedroom unit located by the river, this unit does have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.



Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.



Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. Sleeps 6 comfortably, there is a full-size bed in the loft space, queen size bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service. Everything I needed

All I needed was an inexpensive clean safe place to stay for a couple weeks while visiting friends and familly. It was all that and more. It was quiet, peaceful and had a great view over looking the river.

My sister and I were looking for a place to stay and happened upon this place. It instantly was a winner when we saw it was on the water. Once we arrived everything was perfect, the place smelled amazing and it was so clean! Besides the very thin walls, this place was a dream and I would definitely book again.

Absolutely fabulous!

Exceeded my expectations! Building itself was warm and welcoming, opening my room door I felt like I walked into a magazine cover. Clean, welcoming, had everything I needed. Great location near a nature trail by a river as well. Check in was easy, great communication with owner. I highly recommend!

Better than I imagined

This place had plenty of space, and more sleeping area than advertised. It was clean and had everything I needed. Coffee is outside of the room in the hall and free washer/dryer to use right outside the rooms. This particular room is pretty view and access to river walk.

Wonderful.

Great spot for our family. Nice desk/work space at the windows overlooking river. Quiet - although walls are thin so if there was a noisy group next door you would definitely hear them. Very clean - Might recommend a different cleaner - smells a bit like a chlorine pool. Would definitely return and stay again! Great italien bakery/coffee shop one block away!

This little place was just what my friends and I needed for a weekend at Notre dame! It was clean and provided just the right amount of space, while also being reasonably priced! It was also decorated so cute! Only small problem was the walls were very thin and we were able to here the guy next door and his conversations. It was not a big problem for us though! Will definitely book again!

Graduation Weekend

The unit was very clean and had unique finishes and furniture. Sitting area and washroom were spacious and the rain shower was fantastic. Very nice view of the river. Much nicer place to stay for our daughter's graduation weekend than a hotel. There was some sound transfer issues between our bedroom area and the next unit. Note to the owner - the possible problem was the gypsum board was not acoustically caulked at the underside of the metal roof deck, the mineral wool insulation stuffed at the top of the wall at flutes doesn't have the density to stop sound completely.

Safety First

Pros: - clean - free laundry - easy to communicate with host - beds comfortable - pillows good. So many rentals have terrible pillows Cons: - Door leading up to apartments left open all day and night to public. I felt unsafe in the evenings. A keypad with a password to enter into the building would be strongly advised. - Make sure you bring plates and silverware. None are offered and had to make a run to the grocery store. - air conditioning unit is industrial strength. It is VERY loud and the air blows very forcefully onto the beds. Had to sleep in a hoodie to keep the air off my head and face. I finally figured if I cool the place down to 65 during the day and then turn the air to 72 in the evening it would not go off and was able to sleep better.
