This charming holiday home in Zaton offers an ideal setting for a relaxed family holiday in Croatia. The accommodation is located just 500 m from the sandy beach and combines a central location with a quiet, green environment.   
  
The house features an outdoor pool, a garden with a children's playground and barbecue facilities, as well as 9 residential units for up to 30 people. The apartments for 2 to 6 people each offer one to two bedrooms, a living kitchen with sofa bed, terrace, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, breakfast can be booked additionally.   
  
Each residential unit has parking facilities, a sofa bed allows flexible occupancy. The house is particularly family-friendly and suitable for beach holidays, relaxation or active leisure activities. The hosts speak German and Croatian and ensure a warm atmosphere.
