As you can see from previous review the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom has not worked since May, despite many calls and a promise from the rental agency that we would at the very least receive a temporary unit to get us through the week, we never received one nor did we receive a call back after our initial conversations with the rental agency. This caused a major humidty problem in the unit with the 2nd bedroom being unusable and the smoke alarm having to be taken down everynight or else it would continuously go off at 3 am. Even with emptying the two dehumidifiers in the unit numerous times.
