“A number of factors made this ideal for us. 1. The assigned parking space is right out front of the unit 2. Cable tv (on both TV's) 3. Gym on site 4. Walk to the store/restaurants 5. Master bedroom, very comfortable 6. Easy access to the !01 The only downside was the upstairs neighbors can be heavy footed, at times. And some ones cat like to pee on the patio”

“Very clean and great accommodations. Cleaning service showed up at 950 am and opened garage and then closed it and reopened it while we were packing up to leave. Felt rushed We were out at 1002. I sent text at 1001”

“We specifically emailed ahead to specify that we wanted to swim, and wanted to be sure the condo pool was heated. We were told yes (until April 15). BUT we got there and found No heated pool on Kota south property., and the heated pool on Kota north property was not properly cleaned or shocked…the water was cloudy…for the 4 days I checked it. Not sanitary to swim in. I first called Meridian to ask that they be sure to clean the pool (shock it) for the next day, so we could swim. I was told that……
