"The ewcwption staff were very pleaasant and fully bilingual. My daughter enjoyed the duck pond just off the reception area. It is a very nice touch. Hotel is located perfectly for downtown and the train station, walking distance everywhere."

"Right across the street from Chinatown and only 10 minutes from Old Montreal so location was exactly what we were looking for. Housekeeping was confusing - they didn’t give us the towels we asked for then took them away the next day. They were even supposed to do any housekeeping so we were confused. ..."
