"入住了三天兩夜，在第二天的傍晚回到飯店時發現沒有清潔客房..通知櫃台人員後，房務人員大約10分鐘後來更換毛巾與垃圾袋，我原本對這間飯店期望很高，我認為在系統或是管理上應該還有改進的空間，不然應該不會遺漏房間沒有清理，但飯店的人員都十分友善必須給予肯定。期望之後還有機會可以來住，也有更好的體驗"

"Everything was great. The breakfast was really nice. The room was big enough for us to take everything out, and there was even a hallway to leave our coats and things with snow. The view was wonderful and you could probably see the northern light directly if it was strong enough."
