"We had an amazing stay at this property. It was a perfect weekend getaway for my family and friends. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The house was decorated so cute and was so clean. The only confusion I had when I arrived was that the property is a duplex. There are actually 2 separate units. The listing does not mention that it is, so it was a bit confusing. This did not end up being a problem, however, and worked out well. I would definitely recommend this property and would come...

"The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. "

"The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the abysmal air conditioning. I can only speak for this on the upper unit. Luckily the nights cooled off and there were plenty of windows to let the cool air in. Everything else was great! The property manager, Truman, was great and very responsive. The house was cute and had everything we needed. I liked that there were lots of coffee pods!"
