* Large fully equipped 2 story home on 1.4 acres located in Bass Lake Heights, the Sierra Nevada forest foothills.
* Located only 3.5 miles up from Highway 41 at Oakhurst, just 19 miles to the Yosemite Park entrance.
* Only a short 3 minutes’ drive to the southwest side of Bass Lake where all the main public recreation picnic areas are located. (Folding chairs are located in the garage for lakeside use).
* Large patio deck with stunning uninterrupted views to the west.
* Sleeping arrangements for up to 10, with 4 bedrooms, a roll-away, and a baby travel crib.
* All facilities are provided - sheets, towels, cooking utensils, many plates - cups - bowls, glassware - small- large + wine, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, cooktop gas stove, convec. oven, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, tea, coffee, flour, sugar, wide choice of cooking condiments and 5 burner BBQ + side burner on patio deck.
* Air conditioning and heating: Two large units, one dedicated to upstairs, and another for the entrance level floor. The upstairs room with 2 bunk beds and a queen, have a dedicated interior air conditioning unit, and a heater is kept in the room.
* Power Outages: These are quite common anywhere in the Sierra Nevada foothills, sometimes for extended periods of time. While few properties have back-up generators, we have invested in a high quality one that we have regularly serviced. When the power goes out, you will probably not even notice because it "kicks in" immediately.
* Two interior dining areas for up to 6 people in each, plus a six-seat patio dining table on the patio deck.
* For winter months, a fireplace in the lounge and another in the master bedroom, plus a LPG firepit on the patio deck.
* Smart TVs in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
* WiFi.
* Laundry room, office, hobby desk, many games including darts in garage, large chess board in the lounge, plus board games/cards and puzzles and children's games located in the lounge cabinet drawers.
* Enclosed garage, plus wide-open spaces for additional vehicle parking. Ample parking for a boat with easy driveway access off Road 426 for towing.
* Many hiking trails, great fishing areas, boat rentals at The Forks (3 minutes’ drive away).
* Many local dining choices: At The Forks, across the lake in Pine's village (12-14 minutes’ drive) or in Oakhurst (7-8 minutes’ drive).

Ensure house is securely locked, key is returned to lock box. $25 inconvenience fee for replacement if key is not returned.
