"酒店離琉森車站只需要3－5分鐘路程，去附近主要景點亦係步行可到達，非常方便。附近環境不算嘈雜和感覺好安全，附近好多超市亦是步行5－10分鐘可以到達。前台和餐廳員工極度有善，餐廳(交誼廳)24小時開放，有咖啡機，飲用水，生果，微波爐，你亦可以隨時在餐廳食自己帶去的食物，整體非常滿意。"

"The hotel is about ~15min away from the town if you take the tram. The tram station was very close to the hotel, ~1min walk. There were 2 coop supermarkets nearby. Very quiet area. The price was much cheaper than hotels in the town. The room was spacious but not cleaned thoroughly. I found a contact lens on the headboard. Minibar was included, with 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of beer and 1 bottle of coke. The electric socket placement is not well thought of. If you plugin an EU to UK plug adapter, the adapter will be holding down the light switch, which is located right above the plug socket. The toilet was basically a wet room. I really didn’t enjoy that. I stayed at 3 different hotels in Switzerland during this trip, and this was the only hotel with a wet room. Also, the temperature of the water from the shower head was very unstable. Sometimes it got extremely hot, sometimes it got freezing cold. Having a shower there was torturous. The room is acceptable but the toilet is a big no no for me. Maybe the unstable water temperature is not much of a problem in the summer. But we went there in late spring, which was still very cold. "

"入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。 房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。 房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。 整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。"

"Nice and convenient hotel with 5 mins walk from train station, room a bit old fashion but in good condition and clean. We stayed in suite room w river view it was nice , but train station just downstairs so a bit noise if anyone sensitive for noise need to be aware. Overall it is a nice hotel "
