PERFECT LOCATION, 2nd row home with beach access across the street!

  • Home was fully renovated in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and enjoy! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for quick, easy access to swim. Home has lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grill, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

    Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New flooring, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
    Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

Relaxing, Spacious Home with Stunning Porch

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The highlight was definitely the front porch—perfect for morning coffee and watching the ocean at night. You can really feel the care put into this home. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice home with all you need for a fun stay. Location was wonderful. Porch and downstairs areas are well done. Grill was clean and easy. The owners even left the downstairs closet open for us to use all of the boogie boards, toys and chairs. All of the appliances worked well and I love the coded door.

Great Beach House

I took my daughter and six of her friends to the beach. This house was perfect! The location is wonderful, directly across from the beach access. The layout of the rooms and bed arrangements are great for a large group. The home has been nicely renovated and has all the amenities you will need.

AMAZING HOUSE!

Family vacation

Our time at Ocean Isle was a blast. Chris was excellent to work with. The only issue we had was with the WiFi and a quick text to Chris and she made a call and it was good. The home is as described and was very clean. The location was excellent, just a few steps to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation at OIB, Thanks Chris for allowing us to enjoy your home at the beach😊

My family has visited the beach, as a tradition, during the Labor Day holiday for 30 years. Each year, we rent a different place. This year, we hit the jackpot! Wonderful, ideal home for families

We had a wonderful time start to finish at the property. Chris was extremely communicative and allowed us early. check-in to the property. It was nice to be in communication with her if we were to have needed anything on our stay. The house came with everything we needed and was perfect For a couple families to utilize the space. It was extremely close to the beach and did not require a long walk for some of the older family members in our party. also had a lovely outdoor space below the house, which was nice to hang out while we were cooking dinner. All the amenities you could ask for! The access to the community pool was very nice to have overall a great stay and a great property in Ocean Isle!

We had a wonderful week at this beautifully, decorated and clean beach house. It was a good set up for my family and grandparents. The kitchen had everything we needed. very easy walk to the beach-beach access across the street. Community pool directly behind the house. Our favorite part of the house was the front porch and outdoor sitting area downstairs. Owner Chris was very communicative. She checked in on the first day and throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. She even arranged for us to pick up items we left behind at the house. We all enjoyed the house and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Beach Vacation Home

Beautiful home & great location with beach access just across the street. The house is decorated beautifully & is well equipped with all the amenities you may need in the kitchen. The front porch and outside downstairs seating area were our favorite hangout spots! The beach toy closet was an unexpected surprise - more boogie boards and sand toys than our grandkids could play with for the week & the grown ups loved the corn hole boards! The neighborhood pool is very convenient - directly behind the house. Great communication with the property manager. She checked in with us several times during the week just to make sure all was well. Perfect beach house - comfortable, clean & convenient location! We would highly recommend & can’t wait to book again for next year!

Fabulous newly renovated beach home

From the beginning, the owner, Chris, was so responsive to my questions and responded timely and thorough. This house is so charming, bright and airy which is what we wanted at the beach. Very clean, updated house with well designed space. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, which isn't always the case in rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of utensils, pots, pans etc. to make meals for your family. Fantastic location with cross walk and beach access right across the street. We spent countless hours on the porch and the sitting area under the house with furniture, table and nice grill to cook on. We will be back!
