Pros: location and ocean view Cons: lady at front desk was not friendly and resented having to get out of her chair. No insulation between rooms..people in upstairs room could be heard stomping around at 11:00 at night. No black out blinds. This place has seen better days.

The beach was great. As always. The local areas , great as always. Marias pizzaria was excellant. As well as Ella's in calabash. We had gone there for a funeral, and of the 3 night stay , 2 of the nights we had a party going on our floor til 6 am. Z
