"The place has potential but the room we had smelled like old motel room. Hasn’t been updated in a minute. The lady at check in was nice and efficient - but she was a low talker. I couldn’t hear a thing she said - other than it’s $10 parking. Why??? That’s just a straight up money grab. At least include it in the room and raise the rate - I’m ok with that. Place was ok but there are nicer places in that stretch. "

"Liked the pre-check in through text, was able to tell them we'd be checking in later at 8pm. There was a mistake on their part and the room was being cleaned when we arrived, so they offered us some free drinks in the cantina. 20 mins later we took our drinks to our lovely room. Great customer service and a very nice hotel and suite."

"Motel not really right on the beach. We could see some ocean but parking lot was our main view. The rooms were very dated but clean. The walls were thin - could hear our neighbors next door and could hear footsteps above us from 7pm until 3am. The price was good and the location near the pier was good but I would pay more to stay somewhere else next time. "

"Our stay at the SeaCrest OceanFront Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. One of the best parts of the property is all the great places to sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean views — it really makes the experience special. Having direct beach access right on the property was a huge plus and made everything so convenient. This has officially become my new favorite hotel to stay at in Pismo Beach. Already looking forward to coming back for another visit!"

"The ocean was visible from our room. We had a comfortable balcony to sit and watch the sunset. The grounds on the property were beautiful with access by stairs down to the cove. Just lovely. "

"The hotel is cute and the staff is nice. The building we stayed is was very dated. The bathroom is so so small with a pedestal sink and really no place to set things. Tiny shower. No robes or steamers in the rooms and they only tidy the room on request. "
