I got in late (prearranged) and had a nice staff member help, went into the room and about a half hour in, realized that there was movement under my bag. I lifted it and a bunch of cockroaches went scurrying out from under the bag, then more scurried across the desk. I looked at the nightstand, then, and realized there were cockroaches on the spoon I had just set down. I took a photo. Went to the front desk to change rooms (it was quite late and I didn't want to change hotels if possible). I told the front desk staffer that there were cockroaches, and he just looked at me and repeated, "Roaches?" He didn't say another word to me. He silently pushed a card for a new room at me. That room didn't have roaches but I was up half the rest of the night. I asked for a refund the next day; no dice. Expedia has reached out to them multiple times and they have refused. Very courteous staff. Only reason not a 4star is the pets. If you improve the cleaning services I will give you better review.
