Our hosts were very kind and attentive. The room was newly renovated and impeccably clean. Breakfast was solid. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend Two Rivers Okahune.

Beautiful location between beside rivers with view of Mt Ruapehu (cloud permitting). Hosts were very welcoming and gave friendly advice about local walks. We did the Mangawhero Forest Walk which took around an hour along well maintained trails through stunning forest, recommended. For dinner we did a nice walk through forest to town centre takes about 15 mins. We came back via roads after dark. Room was quiet and comfortable with outdoor terrace and hot tub. It was quite small without much storage space but okay for a short stay. A continental breakfast was provided in the fridge. Ideal mid way stopping off point for us from Rotorua to Wellington.

I returned to Japan last week. I was lucky to start my first trip to New Zealand by spending the first two days at Two Rivers Ohakune. The location is surrounded by beautiful nature and the sound of a beautiful river. The rooms are clean and well designed, and are designed to ensure privacy so that you won't be disturbed by anyone. And above all, the warm hospitality of the hosts is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers who want to avoid the crowds in tourist spots. I will be stopping off in New Zealand for work next year, and I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. 日本に先週帰国しました。今回の初めてのニュージーランドを旅する中で、最初の二日間をTwo Rivers Ohakuneで過ごすことから始められたことは幸運でした。そのロケーションは、素晴らしい大自然、美しい川のせせらぎの音に包まれいます。その部屋は、清潔でありデザイン性に優れていて、加えて誰にも邪魔されないようにプライベートを確保できるデザインとなっています。そして何よりも、ホストの温かいもてなしが素晴らしいです。ぜひ、観光地の混雑を避けたい旅行者にお勧めしたいと思います。私も仕事でニュージーランドに来年立ち寄りますが、機会があれば再訪したいです。
