“This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. The hotel is clean, staff friendly, it is conviently located to quick restaurants, the park, and downtown. The amenities were nice to use. Overall, I highly reccommend. Washer……

“I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.”

“Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.”

“This was a nice place close to town. It’s very private and secluded, surrounded by woods. Met our needs perfectly, we needed a place with three bedrooms.”

“House is very cute and easy to locate. The steep stairs were fine for our group, but could be problematic for those requiring assistance. It was physically clean, however the host was using a plethora of auto air fresheners to mask residual odors which bothered those with chemical sensitivity. Kitchen was sub par as far as cooking/dining equipment, which is fine if you're eating out and don't plan to cook/reheat food. As expected with older homes, the outlet situation is limited, so charge your……

“The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only……

“Stayed here for the week. My son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was incredibly convenient. The only downside which is out of the control of the host is that the bedrooms both have skylights and it starts getting light here well before 6 AM during the summer.”
