This professionally decorated unit is located on the ground floor. Our backyard is the Gulf of Mexico! You will have no bother with waiting on elevators or taking the stairs. Walk out the back door and you are on your way to the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. Our patio is convenient to the pool and you can enjoy the beach while watching your children swim.
Our bottom floor unit is three bedrooms and two baths. There are 4 flat screen televisions, DVDs, well stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer and very comfortable mattresses. Bedrooms have block out drapes in case you want to sleep in.

Romar Place is a well kept complex. We are located close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and have the most beautiful beach. Sunsets are spectacular.

Beautiful Condo

This property was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was on the bottom floor!!! Pool was located just across the gate to the left and the beach was right out front of our sliding door! The condo has been updated since the pictures on the original listing! It is absolutely beautiful and has all the comforts of home! Gloria was a pleasure and was super accommodating!

4 night concert stay

This was the perfect stay for our trip. Easy access to pool and beach. Safe environment. We’ve stayed places that don’t have pots/pans/silverware/seasonings so when you stay somewhere that you don’t have to buy all that extra stuff after you get there that you already had at home it definitely makes a world of difference. We had come to town for a concert and they were able to fit our arrival and departure schedule. We will book again in the future.

Thanksgiving Week

We had a great Thanksgiving week stay with our daughter and her family. The heated indoor pool and sauna were a hit and they were only 50 feet from the door. The beach access was just as good The condo was well maintained and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with all the equipment we needed.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Loved everything about this condo! Being on the first floor right next to the pool and beach access made our lives so easy with our kids. Condo had everything you could possibly need, owner was incredibly friendly and fast to respond. I would absolutely book this place again solely for the convenience of it being steps from the pool and beach!

The Perfect Location

This Condo is the perfect location especially if you have children in your group. Easy access to the pool and beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you’ll need. Condo was clean and beds are comfortable! We’ll definitely be back!

Location, location, location!

This is a perfect condo that’s literally ON the beach! It’s also 20 steps away from the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids stayed in the pools or on the beach the entire four days. They only came inside to bathe, use the bathroom, eat, and aleep. What a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We really enjoyed ourselves! We will come again!

Location!

Love this unit for a lot of reasons. The location is perfect and the access to the pool and beach is awesome, especially if you have kids with you. There are only a few steps down to the beach and it’s easy to run back-and-forth when needed. Gloria, the property owner, is very responsive and helpful. This is our second year staying on a ground floor unit and we will definitely be back again! Great for families and small kids, no nonsense or rowdy behavior at this complex, which makes it very family-friendly.

Family trip

When you have a family the most important thing is location! This one was PERFECT! Pool and beach both steps away. Family friendly atmosphere. The condo has everything you need and then some. The only complaint came from the kids and it was the WiFi was kind of weak and their Nintendos wouldn’t connect. The adults didn’t care and honestly the kids didn’t need them anyway. Beach time was all that was necessary.we will be back!

Highly Recommend!

This was a family beach trip with 4 adults and 3 kids. I have stayed in probably 6-7 Flora-Bama beach properties, and this was quite possibly my favorite. The location was perfect, and the convenience of being on the 1st floor with the pool steps away and beach access right behind the pool was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and having a closet with beach toys and umbrellas was an unexpected bonus! Gloria checked in on us with a couple of texts, and responded to anything we needed. I will look for this property again in the future!

Awesome ground floor Condo

Place was great. Comfortable clean and back door right out to the beach or outdoor swimming pool. Washer and dryer was great to have. Dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a full kitchen. Two full sized bathrooms, with hair dryers.Bring your own beach towels. Closet outside with chairs beach toys etc. We ordered food to be delivered just after arrival from Walmart. Don’t forget to buy charcoal for the grill! White sand and sooo many shells to find!! Loved it!

Our best condo experience

We stayed in this condo a few times several years ago, then were not able to make it work the last few times we were in Orange Beach (either it was not available or our group needed more bedrooms). We were excited that this unit was available for our 2024 spring trip and it did not disappoint. This is a very clean unit with all the important amenities. We love being on the 1st floor so we don't have to deal with stairs and elevators, and unlike most 1st floor units in other condo buildings in OBA, this one still has a great view of the beach and the gulf. The host, Gloria, is a great communicator and very accommodating - she even allowed us a last minute request for early check in, which meant she had to get us a door code for just a few hours. This unit will always be the first one we check for availability when we plan our Orange Beach vacations!
