Situated on the 9th floor of Summerchase Condominiums, this luxurious unit offers magnificent views of the Gulf of America coastline from the private balcony. Enjoy the advantage of working directly with the owner and bypassing management companies and going directly to your condo. Our unit is complete with a starter pack of paper goods and soaps to ensure a relaxing stay. Sleeps 8.

Awesome Location

This is a nice condo in an excellent location. During our stay, the beach in front of the condo was never crowded which made it even nicer. We would certainly stay here again. On a side note, the CoastAL restaurant next door is really great: spot, guitar player, food, drinks, gift shop.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony.The only disappointment was that the indoor and outdoor pools were closed due to maintenance issues.
