“Wonderful large very clean condo with view of the lake, three decks, great furniture, great hot showers with good water pressure. Loved how close condo was to the trail up to Cascade Lake, a very scenic hike! Also liked how close it was to Rosario Marina, and within fast drive to Mt Constitution.”

“This is a wonderful rental if you enjoy easy walking access to the food coop, restaurants, shops etc, a beautiful view of the harbor & its active bird population, easy checkin/out, comfortable bed, great lighting with comfortable chairs for reading, many usb ports for charging devices plus other conveniences. However, keep in mind that this rental is in town, located next to a restaurants & has another rental unit above it. If sounds associated with these things may be of concern, you perhaps……

“For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.”
