“Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. ”

“The property was clean and well stocked. There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived but it was quickly handled by the owner who was easy to reach and responded to our questions immediately.”

“Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!”

“I had a late check-in and it was smooth and uncomplicated. The room was clean and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The grounds were well-kept and the view from my room was so tranquil! If you're looking for a clean, quiet place to stay where the staff is very friendly, this is it!”

“Wonderful large very clean condo with view of the lake, three decks, great furniture, great hot showers with good water pressure. Loved how close condo was to the trail up to Cascade Lake, a very scenic hike! Also liked how close it was to Rosario Marina, and within fast drive to Mt Constitution.”

“This is a wonderful rental if you enjoy easy walking access to the food coop, restaurants, shops etc, a beautiful view of the harbor & its active bird population, easy checkin/out, comfortable bed, great lighting with comfortable chairs for reading, many usb ports for charging devices plus other conveniences. However, keep in mind that this rental is in town, located next to a restaurants & has another rental unit above it. If sounds associated with these things may be of concern, you perhaps...
