Justo al lado de la habitación es un cuarto de baño, magníficamente restaurado, con baldosas de mármol y una ducha de cristal puertas. En la segunda planta hay dos grandes dormitorios y otro baño completo. Un dormitorio tiene 1 cama tamaño queen / 1 cama matrimonial y el otro cuenta con una cama king (2 gemelas combinadas) y una cama nido de tamaño doble que se puede sacar para dormir dos. Nuevo para 2017 es el sótano terminado, que ofrece otro baño completo y 2 dormitorios (uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con 2 camas gemelas). Ofreciendo más espacio para que la familia se estire, la sala de estar es un buen lugar para relajarse y ver la televisión. Este espacio de estar independiente permitirá que las familias más grandes todavía tienen un poco de intimidad necesario durante su estancia. Por último, la casa tiene una ubicación céntrica. En 12 minutos, se puede llegar Nauset, Skaket y Faro de Chatham Playas, además de Nickerson State Park y todos los restaurantes populares y tiendas en Orleans, Chatham y Harwich. The only 2 issues we had, which did impact our trip was the air conditioning units in the bedrooms were very dirty. The filters were clean, but when you look inside the units...they were quite dirty(filled with dust and grime)..to the point where we did not use them. This made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The AC units in the main areas looked newer and were just fine. But the downstairs bedroom and the master bedroom in particular were a real problem. I also feel like the kitchen can use a deep cleaning. Many of the serving bowls and such has crumbs in them. All in all we enjoyed our stay....but those would be my recommendations. ##### Robert L. The three living spaces made it easy for everyone to relax and spread out, and the large dining table was ideal for us to have dinner all together at night. This is an ideal location for visiting Chatham, the beautiful beaches of Orleans, and exploring other parts of the Cape. The location of this house is convenient because Chatham and Brewster are both within a 10 minute drive. However, the listing photos on this house are inaccurate and outdated. The owner should update the home with new beds, carpet and pillows. It needs a deep cleaning in order to continue charging the price they are charging for one week. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, we killed multiple deady long legs spiders daily. There were flys inside all the time. The upstairs and basement smelled so strongly of must. The basement bedrooms and bathrooms were unusable because of the must smell. The beds, pillows and carpet upstairs are in need of replacing. The king upstairs is not actually a king, it is two twins pushed together, which is not what you expect when it states it is a king. The outside landscaping is a complete mess and overgrown with weeds everywhere. There is a hazardous spiral staircase in the family room, which leads to the pool room. Small children could fall through, this was not in any of the photos. The owner did put a small fence around the staircase, but it is not attached to anything and anyone with small children knows this would not keep them safe. The rental also does not come with towels or sheets, which is inconvenient for people traveling or makes you wonder if they wash the comforters or mattress pads in between guests. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness for what we paid. ##### Kerry H. The large family room and rec room above the garage are huge. Our entire family spent a lot of quality time together there. Then we all had our own spaces when we needed some quiet. The elevated deck and back yard are beautiful. It’s also very close to everything we wanted to do on the cape. I needed to ask a few questions of the manager and he was very responsive. We also needed a first floor bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower for our 86 year old father. We also wanted a large deck with a grill and large tables to enjoy dinner together. This house met our criteria. The house had plenty of space and kitchen had most items we needed. We did feel that the deck and deck furniture was very weathered and not very comfortable - it could have used some updating or at least cushions. Most of the beach chairs available were sized for children, there were no outdoor lights working on the deck near the grill, a few lightbulbs were out in indoor lamps, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived (there were lots of crumbs around the toaster) so we questionned how well it had been cleaned. One of the burners on the stove also did not work. I think there could have been a few more instructions provided and notes on anything not working to save the trouble of trying to figure things out. Overall, we had a good week and the house worked out well for us. Just wanted to provide feedback on things that could be improved. ##### Cheryl D. It accommodated extended family perfectly. My son is 18 months and he had a blast playing on the porch and in the outdoor shower. The property is beautiful decorated and well equipped. We spend a lot of time in Dennis, so the location is a bit further than our usual spot but worked out fine. We will definitely stay again! ##### Sara N. We enjoyed the various living spaces and the wonderfully stocked kitchen. We loved having the deck to sit out on at night and in the morning for to sip our coffee. Having 3 bathrooms is a bonus. You never had to wait for a shower or for someone to get out. The bedrooms were spacious. We do wish some of the beds were more comfortable but it did not ruin our stay! We also wished there were sheets and towels included as well. But again it was not a big deal as there was a washer and dryer. Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and with so many amenities. The outdoor shower is amazing. The location was perfect for us. Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, and Crystal Lake were an easy drive. So nice to have so many options for outdoor fun. We enjoyed grilling and eating outdoors on the large deck, from which we also could watch our kids play while we had a nice cold drink. :) My personal favorite spot was the hammock, where I escaped many times to read my book under the shady trees. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well stocked, and there was more than plenty of space for everyone. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future! ##### Katherine T. Communication with the property manager went very well. That said, I can’t give this property anything more than three stars. The home was old, and smelled musty like grandmas. The amount of spiders we had to kill on a daily basis in the home was absurd…to the tune of roughly 10 per day..on the walls, the floors, the beds, the sinks, everywhere. It badly needs regular extermination. There were also large cobwebs on the ceilings… which made us wonder who the heck was cleaning the place. We paid too much to have to deal with it all week. Other than the musty smell and the critters, we did have a great week in the home. As I mentioned, the location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The location was close to lot of things and beaches. The only critique I have is that the property was not as clean as I would have liked. The baseboards were covered in dust.
