Whether you are planning a weekend retreat, family getaway, couples weekend, fishing trip or just need to relax, look no further. The minute you will walk into your quiet waterside condo your stresses will melt away. This nicely updated condo at Parkside Place in Osage Beach overlooks the quiet cove with lots of water and nature views. Parkside Place is a smaller, quiet complex, just minutes from all of the main shopping and restaurants. It is one minute off the new highway (Highway 54) at the Passover exit. It is less than 1.5 miles from the Outlet Mall, a large list of major shops and grocery stores. Parkside Place Condominiums is located directly on the water at the 19-mile marker right by the Grand Glaze Bridge.
This newly updated 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo has a very cozy living room with a wall of glass overlooking the water. You can sit and enjoy the new 50-inch flat screen TV with free cable and free WIFI. There is a covered deck directly off the living room with a great relaxing view, a BBQ gas grill, table and chairs. In the evening you can sit and relax. The master bedroom has a view of the cove and a sliding door to the deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 40-inch flat screen TV. It has a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dishes, new appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools, coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. The condo has a washer & dryer for your convenience. All towels and linens are provided, you may just want to bring your pool towels.
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING UNIT - SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
A 10x30 boat slip is included in the price.
NO BOAT TRAILERS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! But you can park for free at the state park boat launch located nearby.

We wish the dock (boat slip) would have been closer or ideally visible from the room. There was no grill as was in the pictures. But we understand there is probaly fire code issues. We believe there is something wrong with the dishwasher not releasing the soap during the cycle. Overall it was a very nice stay! We'll do it again in the spring.

Condo was in a great location and was well equipped with essentials and basic supplies. Pool was a nice perk too. We used the boat slip for a pontoon and it worked out great. Just note that during the busy Lake season the slip location may be a bit rough with the wake from the speeding nearby boats using the main channel. Wasn’t an issue for the dates we were there, but something to keep in mind. Overall a great stay and we will return for future visits to Osage Beach.

Wonderful stay with gorgeous views
This condo is exactly as described. Super simple check in and check out. Kitchen had everything needed to make a nice home cooked meal. It not only had all the cookware and utensils we needed, but also had coffee, creamer, salt/pepper, some spices, oil, etc. There were plenty of towels, and extra pillows/blankets. Nice quiet location, easy to get to, close to everything. Views were gorgeous! You will not find anywhere nicer than this at this price. If you are considering booking this condo, DO IT! The owner is very responsive and polite. When we come back to this area, I will literally plan my trip around when this condo is available!

We had a very nice stay. The condo was as described. It was convenient and in a nice location. Some other reviews described a lack of kitchen utensils and appliances. We disagree. It was a very well stocked kitchen. Our only issue was with the slip. The slip was in a very high traffic area and was subjected to very rough wakes.

Liked the complex. Smaller complex. I have stayed at larger complexes before and if you would go out to eat in the evening parking was tough when you got back. We had no problem with parking here. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Condo is nice. Only 7 steps up to unit which is great if you have knee problems like I do. Pool was great.
