Gorgeous Updated Condo - Incredible view, no stairs from patio to lakefront/dock

Whether looking for fun on the water, fishing or just a relaxing getaway, you will love this completely updated condo and the convenient location! Crisp and clean with LVP flooring throughout, remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, new stainless appliances and new quartz kitchen counter. So inviting and the view is captivating!... enjoy the lake from the living room, large covered patio and even while laying in bed. You can walk straight from the patio with zero steps to access the dock or drop a fishing line right off the seawall that is only a few feet in front of the unit. This small complex includes a community pool and is literally walking distance from Shorty Pants where you can grab some grub or get your party going. Other nearby lakefront favorites include Margaritaville, Red Head Yacht Club/High Tide, Dog Days, and Backwater Jacks, and this central Osage Beach location is only a short drive to just about everything else! Head north to Encore or to enjoy all that the Bagnell Dam Strip has to offer, or go south to Camdenton where you will find endless opportunities for fun at The Cave, NautiFish, Larrys on the Lake or the Ozarks Amphitheater.

Weekend Getaway
We came down for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This location was right by Red Head and High Tide. Right on the water and a nice patio area to enjoy. I would suggest bringing your own utensils if you plan on cooking a lot, it didn’t have measuring cups or kitchen scissors. Other than that our stay was great!

4 star only because of washer
The unit was exactly as described. Very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is the washing machine spin cycle did not function well and clothes stayed soaked. I would definitely stay here again. Great location.

The property is a short drive from Red Heads and within walking distance of Shorty Pants! The large front deck had a nice view of the lake and still felt private. The condo was nice and clean inside. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location
This is the perfect condo, so clean and user-friendly. It’s also in an ideal location for walking or running while on vacation, there is a lightly traveled street along the lake for 2 1/2 miles, Shorty Pants is right next-door, and it’s right off KK next to an incredible locally owned coffee shop. We will continue to book this when we can.

Clean Condo in a Perfect Location
Wow, so perfect for our additional family that were in town. Super clean, remodeled very well and the best location to watch the never ending “boat parade” until we walked a few steps to Shorty Pants for meals. Renters were quick to respond with questions. Major win to find this one.

This condo unit is exactly what we wanted. Beautiful condo with amazing view. The area was very safe & lit up at night plus very well kept outside & inside. The condo is very close to 2 great bar/restaurants where we were able to watch many big boats coming & going but it does not take away from the experience, for us it enhanced the experience. The condo is a short 10 minute drive to all the action in Osage Beach & just a little farther to downtown Bagnell Dam. The condo is on the bottom level so from the parking lot there are a flight of stairs. But the back where the patio is, is amazing. The sunrise views are gorgeous & the patio is covered so at around noon when it started getting hot, we had shade the rest of the day. The patio itself is huge with a brand new electric BBQ grill. From the patio there is a gate that you can walk out to walk right up to the water or to the boat docks. Inside the condo everything looked brand new. Full good size kitchen with table & chairs helped us keep the cost down so we could prepare some of our breakfasts & dinners. Nice living room area with a set of sliding doors to the outside patio with big patio table & chairs.2 nice size bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms you can walk right out the sliding door to the patio. The condos share a nice size pool that is just a short walk. I still can't get over the AMAZING view!!! Sandra was a great host & answered any of our questions.I definitely give this condo high ratings!!! Will rent again!!!

Great location, as we keep our boat at Performance Boat Center just down the street. Condo is just like it is advertised. The owner was very responsive when we needed a few things. Would stay here again for sure.
