Who says you have to rough it when you go to the lake? You'll feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort as each bathroom has been updated with natural stone tile, marble and modern vanities.

Our home is designed to relax, entertain and host special events at the lake with family, friends and colleagues. Large private dock, private swimming pool with sundeck, and martini deck. 4 bedrooms/4 Bathroom home meticulously maintained and updated in all the right areas. You will enjoy an open kitchen that is designed for entertaining and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The living room offers 2 impressive gas fireplaces. Step right outside the door and you are ready to grill the catch of the day! Bring your camera to capture the incredible sunrises in the morning over the cove and main channel.

The exterior is perfect for entertaining and enjoying lake life as it is meant to be with plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee, a large BBQ event, or just fishing and gathering at one of the 3 decks or pool area. The 2 well steel dock is just a few steps from the house with a boat lift and great access to the main channel.

There is space for up to 3-4 cars max in front of the house and garage.

There is no guest access to the garage!

We also offer FREE high speed & wireless internet for your convenience, and 5 TVs that are Roku enabled to stream your favorite service. A gas grill is available for your cooking pleasure. We also have a variety of games, pool toys, sun chairs and patio furniture for use during your stay. Jump in the pool and let the fun and memories begin!

Our luxurious lakefront home is located on Mile Marker 22 and right of the KK so getting around is super easy.

By boat we are minutes from Redhead Yacht Club, Paradise Bar, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, and Backwater Jacks.

By car we are minutes from Margaritaville, Jeffrey’s Prime Rib & Lobster, Wobbly Boots, Tirebiters and some serious retail therapy at the Osage Beach outlet malls with over 100 stores.

**Pool open May 1 - October 1**

Our neighborhood is safe and our property exclusive. For peace of mind we do have security signage and cameras on our property; in the front of the house, facing the street, one facing our boat on the dock, one facing the house and pool. These cameras do not record video and do not have any audio listen capabilities. The camera at the front door does offer two way audio communication, however does not record video or audio.

Has everything you could need!
First off, amazing home. Perfect for a group! This is the first rental I have stayed in where they have literally anything you could need. We were needing ziploc baggies to take sandwiches out on the boat and thought for sure we would have to go out and buy some, but checking the cabinets there they were!! Hosts were extremely responsive. Made our trip a breeze. Would 100% book again!

Wonderful Property!
This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 4 retired couples visiting the Lake of the Ozarks for the first time. The indoor and outdoor spaces were wonderful for gathering for a game of cards, happy hour, meals and relaxation. The pool was a bonus as was having a boat slip for the pontoon that we rented. Great location. Very clean and everything that we needed for a week was provided in the home. We have rented several homes and this is one of the best.

Lake Life at its Best!
Absolutely fabulous! This truly is a dream home to stay at for friend and family gatherings. There is something for everyone. You can swim in the beautiful pool, fish from the dock, go boating and keep your boat at the dock overnight, or simply lounge on one of the many decks and enjoy the beautiful lake view. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening having cocktails. There are several restaurants nearby that you can go to by boat. We also hired a personal chef one evening to prepare a meal for our large group of 13 which was much nicer than going out. Chef Kevin prepared a fabulous meal with hors d'oeuvres served on the deck. We then gathered at the large dining table where he served a lovely tenderloin for the entree with fresh vegetables and a delicious tiramisu for desert. chefkevinmccombs@gmail.com One of the things we really enjoyed was the numerous places to gather, two living room areas, several deck spaces and the large kitchen. The wet bar was nicely accommodated with a great ice maker. The weather was absolutely beautiful during our stay. We did not have to contact the host during our stay because everything was perfect! Thank you to the hosts for sharing your lovely home with us! We made some great memories!

Amazing Lake House
We have rented several houses at the Lake over the years and this was our favorite one! The house is beautiful and clean. The decks are amazing, with plenty of space to hang out in the sun or shade. We rented a boat and we’re easily able to tie it in at the dock. But the best part was the pool! We don’t like swimming in the lake after dusk, but we could hang out on the patio while the kids swam in the pool in the evenings. We had elementary, high school, and college kids. Everyone, including the parents, loved this place!

Great Family Vacation Place!
We really loved staying in this beautiful home with our family! It had everything our kids and grandkids needed on multiple levels, giving lots of space to eat, gather, watch a movie or find a bit of peace and quiet when needed! Donn & Helen, John & Vicki were excellent hosts all around, and Donn went above and beyond to fix the Internet/Wireless connection that went out in a storm. The pool and views were wonderful, and the icemaker was an added bonus in the 90 degree heat! We would certainly book this home in the future!

We randomly picked Lake of the Ozarks for our family vacation this year. We found this wonderful property on VRBO and couldn’t be more satisfied. The house was wonderful and in terrific condition. The morning sunrise from the front deck, and a cup of coffee was awesome!! The hosts were very responsive and terrific. If we go back we will stay here again!!!!

This is a great place for family time. There was plenty of rooms for grandparents, kids and grandkids. The grandkids loved the pool where they spent most of their time. First trip to the Lake of the Ozarks
We went on this trip with 3 families, each have 2 children. The pool was perfect for this. Kids loved it!! Being centrally located on the lake was also very nice as we spent a fair amount if time going to the restaurants on the lake. The group was impressed with the food just about every where we went. I would highly recommend this VRBO & we plan to go back ourselves! Sunrises & sunsets are perfect from the deck.

Beautiful Lake House with Pool
Everything was amazing, the house was in excellent condition. I put 4 stars for the location because the home is positioned on a main channel and not one of the inlets and the waves come in pretty intensely into the dock, this caused for less swimming in the lake and more swimming in the pool (however, it was great to have the pool!!!) not so good if you wanted to have a lily pad in the lake for young children. Otherwise, everything was great and we truly appreciate you offering the home to us.

Perfect lake location for family gathering
The house was “as advertised”; clean and plenty of room for our family group of 12. There was something for everyone to do…. Fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, games, etc. The guys went golfing at The Oaks and enjoyed it very much. The view of the lake was amazing and a relaxing way to start and end each day. We prepared most of our meals there and we had everything we needed. We shared a few minor things we noticed with the owners and they shared they’d resolve them right away. We are already planning our return trip for next year; Everyone in the group wants to go back! Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was ideal!
