“This is a great place to stay if you have pets - they have fenced the entire back yard with a privacy fence and lots of room. House is great with plenty of room.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Very clean with a cozy cabin retreat feel. We chose this mountain house so we would have a view and to be close the chimneys rock. Nice large deck to enjoy that view. Our host were in quick communication with us for check-in and check-out. Sent us all the information needed for a smooth stay. I was happy to see Lake Lure is making a come back after the hurricane. ”

“With the lake not yet active after the storm I was concerned if the younger adults would be bored or not have a great time. We all had a blast. That game table is a hit! Good for. A few minutes entertainment or several hours depending on what you want to play. Very comfortable beds. Very beautiful place. Easy to use tbs and kitchen ware. Enough technology to impress. But not ultra technical gadgets to complicated to use. We had an awesome time! Will stay again if available. Quiet neighborhood……

“It was a ok place to stay. We were hiking most of the time. The shower was small with water running on to the floor. The biggest issue we had was the location. The entrance into the house is a junk yard house, the owner has a truck that is parked blocking the entrance partially . Making it close for our truck to pull up the driveway. The positive is that there is a fenced yard for our dogs to come in and out. The concept of the container home is cute. A couple with pets it works ”

“Owner appears to really care about you having a lovely stay. Quiet focused on being dog friendly. Its a cute little home. It has all that is needed. The heat works well.I did not like that the home is directly on a at day time noisy street but the windows are quiet sound reducing. We did wash all dishes, left the place clean but our cleaning fee for the two days was 150.”

“The room was clean, It is family friendly. We did not use the tub. The shower is a corner shower that is a little tight but has great water pressure and flow. I did put a wash cloth on the tub so the shower door would not hit the bare tub and damage it or make a loud noise. The first night the family in the adjoining cabin were noisy until 1am. Sounded like jumping and loud talking. The third night there was jumping, thumping and loud talking and arguing on and off until 4:30am. Woke me up at……

“We stayed for three nights and it was a wonderful experience. House is very roomy, beautiful and wonderful location. Bob, the host, was excellent and very accommodating. Definitely want to return. Excellent experience ”
