"The staff was so helpful and the location was central to both castles and the carriage rides. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed a dessert in the restaurant one evening after walking all day. "

"Great town for those who want to visit Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. This hotel has 4 floors but no lift. So be prepared to drag your luggages up the stairs. The staff willing to help you though. Limited car parking space. For E cars there is AC plug that you have to provide it yourself. Great area for shopping and eat in the old town. "

"This hotel is in a great location. Not only are you within easy walking distance of tons of shopping and dining, it is also just steps away from the bus and train station! Also, we received a voucher good for any of the local bus service. Such a convenience!"
"This gem of a hotel exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Great Gatsby meets Swan Lake vibes. From the reception area to the room, restaurant and Morrocan themed wellness area complete with multiple saunas and relaxation areas…. incredible! "
"This is a hidden gem. Spacious rooms, great views, nice sized balcony, church bells ringing, wonderful breakfast and even a better dinner. Did not use the amenities but looked nice. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend. And only 10 minutes away from the Neuschwanstein Castle. "
