"Quiet location and we were able to see a few small planes land. There was a huge covered front area that we played ping pong and cornhole on. It was also perfect for parking our bikes out of the weather. The three rooms and three bathrooms were awesome as well. It was far enough out that you felt like you were in the country but was close enough to get to town fast. Dollar General less than 5 minutes up the road also. We loved it. We were in a central location and able to Ride our motorcycles to Eureka Springs, Hwy 7, and Hot Springs was just South of us also. We loved it and will be back. Thank you for a wonder trip!"

"Historic home that’s been cherished through the generations and well kept. Spectacular location with Mulberry riverfront and close to OHV trails and Spy Rock. My grandfather grew up in this house and though it’s been modernized over the years, there are still plenty of original parts of the home. Take the time to appreciate the original stone fireplace and chimney and walk the grounds along the river bank, where you’ll see the old rock wall. Anyone who comes to this area usually ends up loving it! The Mulberry holds a very special place in our family. Thank you to this family for maintaining the property and sharing it with others! "

"Place was clean and comfortable. Property is a bit dated and could use a remodel. Would I stay there again? Absolutely. Great price for clean and comfortable. "

"Great historical charm. Felt like we were back in time. Beds were great. The history of the furniture was fantastic but needed an update. The art was very authentic to the time period but Not a fan of the creepy dolls. We did notice a lot of dead bugs around the windows and on the bathroom floors. Parking was confusing. People were there around 9:30p.m.moving things in and out of the store below. We would have liked a list of amenities and things to do as it was very far away from everything. The restaurants and shops in the area were all closed. More of a gathering place for large groups but a little intimidating if you’re staying on your own. Thank you for adding the interesting experience to our list of Arkansas adventures."
