A storm came through the night before and blew out the wifi but the owner made it a point to call us and communicate all that was happening to fix it. She also informed us about using the secondary route due to the low water bridge being unsafe. She was on the property helping out and was great to work with. The only thing was the check in/out times were a little confusing as VRBO said one time and the confirmation email said something different. But I was able to contact the property manager super easily and got it all figured out!”
