The top floor features a cozy great room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with ample stone counter space, and a balcony with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The primary suite offers balcony access, an en-suite bathroom, and a gas fireplace, while two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom complete this level.

On the mid-level, a large deck and a family room provide the perfect space for relaxation and leisure. A guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and bunk room offer comfortable accommodations for all guests.

Great house for a large group

We had 11 people with three families and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were excited to discover the walking paths in this neighborhood as well as the Bald Eagles nesting across the street. The house has lots of room and is well equipped. We chose to drive to the main beach access but you could walk it if you wanted. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great Place

Nice quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean. Loved the three levels. Didn’t spend much time in the house, but I can see the arcade and pool table would have been a lot of fun during inclement weather. Love this place and have put it on the must return list.

Golden ticket to a Group Trip

We had an amazing trip here for the weekend. More than enough space for large groups, with three floors we never felt crowded. Amazingly stocked kitchen. Beautiful views from the porch and you could smell the beach. We look forward to staying here again.

Centrally Located

An amazing house that was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. There was more than enough space for everyone to be together as a group or to spend time in the arcade. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with enough people to fill the house. My only gripe is that there wasn't many standard cups to drink from. There was plenty of coffee cups and wine glasses, but not really anything for the kids to drink from. We had to go and buy some disposable cups. Other than that, amazing house.

Wonderful spacious home!

We loved the Bunkhouse. It had everything imaginable to keep our teens entertained and plenty of space for the adults to enjoy their time as well. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and town and has a beautiful view of Haystack Rock from the deck. Could not have been more lovely.

Nice family retreat

We are a large family and this house has something for everyone. I especially like the dining table that seated 12. We could al sit together! The game room entertainment was perfect for the teens. The sauna and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Walkable to the beach and nice trails to the river were near by. The kitchen was well stocked. We've held family beach gatherings for the past decade and this by far was one of the best homes in we've stayed in.

Even better than expected

We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall.

Beach Arcade Bliss

This has to be one of the most amazing homes we’ve ever stayed at! The furnishings were nice but what really amazed were the amenities! Huge dining room table with an open kitchen on the top floor, a full on ARCADE on the second floor, and a pool table, foosball, hot tub and dry sauna on the bottom floor. Amazing doesn’t cover it! There was so much to do and see. The sunset views off the upper balcony were perfect. We will stay here again—and bring friends. Our family of five each had a floor to themselves! What a great place to make memories. Thanks to the owners for creating such a great home!

The house worked quite well for us. Very clean and well equipped. Loved the beautiful dishes, glasses and unique coffee mugs. Location is great with a nice view of the rock. Suggestions: extra hand towels and blankets, reading lamps by beds and instructions on how all the lights work. Also, some salt and pepper? Except for those minor things, everything was perfect. Again, thanks.

Plenty of room for all.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable on all floors. A plus with the spa. We used all 3 floors. Plenty of privacy for all with 7 bedrooms and 3 baths. Only situation was on 2 TV's worked out of the 7 in all rooms. Did have to call for garbage pick-up as it was full on arrival. All minor situations. Will we stay again? Without a doubt!

Great house for all ages

Wonderful view. Our teenage grandchildren and their dads loved the pool table ( could use a chalk cube) and the arcade. The house was spacious and well equipped. The path walk to the beach for sunsets was beautiful and you can also do a longer walk to the town ( opposite direction) on a path as well. We drove to the main beach every day and brought lunch down from Pelican Brewery and Ben and Jeff's. Excellent! The water is cold but our boys had wet suits so did a lot of of boogie boarding and surfing. We were blessed to see whale spray two of the days not too far out from the beach. It would be nice to have an instruction sheet in the house about starting the TV's. We would definitely stay here again.
