“We arrived at a closed reception and were the only people in the camp. A young girl came walking up and showed us our tent. The tent, bedding etc. were clean, with a small flash light as the only means of light. The ablution had no water, and the toilets had no seats. There was a care taker who called the owner when we asked, and he then instructed the care taker to turn the water on. When we asked about warm water he said the care taker will boil some water on the fire and we had to bath in……

“Le point positif est que le logement n'est pas cher. Par contre, la qualité va avec. La chambre était OK mais pas la salle de bain : le lavabo était rempli de poussière, la douche s'évacuait très lentement et la chasse fuyait... Ils avaient proposé de nous préparer un diner mais une fois sur place, on a appris qu'ils n'avaient rien prévu Par contre, le petit déjeuner était très bien”

“We stayed at the Hill View Inn (Hill View Guest House according to Apple Maps) on our way back from Maun, with our two kids and two adult friends. We were happily surprised by the accommodation facilities and the friendly staff that tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are rather small but very clean, with comfortable mattresses, the bathrooms are simple, clean with clean towels. We arrived late, and the cook prepared us supper consisting of T bones, chips and salad. Took……
