Ocean view from all around the condo

The layout is such that you see the ocean from all rooms so you feel like you never really leave the beach.There was nothing inconvenient about the stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Secure and gated and close the all attractions.

Great Condo Would Stay Again

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo setup is what we were looking for and the balcony is spacious with a great view. The location is good and the gated community provides a sense of security.

Wonderful Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time at Long Beach Resort. The weather was great, and the accommodations were just what we needed. The location was a plus as everything we needed was close by. The only criticism I have is the gate lock coming back into the resort from the beach was very intermittent. This was a bit frustrating. However, that was just a minor inconvenience.

Family Friendly Design-Great Location

The condominium itself was very clean and well maintained. Tile floors throughout made it easy to keep clean, but a little slippery at times. Great balcony. Breakfast bar was great for kids. Beach/Pool access is great. It’s in a very busy part of PCB, but that’s Panama City. It’s what you sign up for.

Badly needs work.

Both bedroom doors going out to patio have inserted mini blinds that are broken and stay open so morning light floods in and they look terrible, one floor to ceiling window in the master bedroom is frosted inside so you can't see out, the fake leather on the bar chairs is peeling really badly. The positive is the master shower is terrific.

Fantastic time at the beach

This condo was clean, comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals (I brought my own knifes) and the view from the 3rd floor of this condo was amazing.

Excellent Views!

Beautiful condo with amazing beach views from balcony or anywhere in the condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, amazing master shower and fully stocked kitchen. Host was always responsive to questions and responded in timely response. Great location and close to lots of things to do! We will return for another visit !

Great room with a few issues

Good: Nice clean rooms, location, views. Bad: No parking passes, cable in living room didn't work. Air is not as good in 2nd bedroom. Electrical is kinda of wonky. Top 2 outlets in main bedroom don't work, nightstands have outlets though. Outlet under the couch with surge protector. Overall good but needs remodeling/updating

Memorial Week

Overall good property. The door to the balcony from living room didn’t work. Handle on microwave was glued on several spots. Screens on balcony doors didn’t work. On the property there were several other occupants that were smoking weed and we had kids. Would stay again.

Nice with a few fixes

We love Long Beach Resort and have come back for many years. It’s a great location with lots of amenities. The views are excellent. The pools are clean and numerous and hot tubs are nice. We enjoyed this condo. The decor was very nice. Plenty of seating, drawers and tables. Our beds were comfortable, but the blinds didn’t work on the door to the balcony which made it very bright in the room at sunrise. A few things that could make it even better - clean the mold in the shower and fix the running toilet. Add some more dishes and utensils to the kitchen and secure the table legs (a bit wobbly). Lastly, one of the recliners is broken and sticks out causing a tripping hazard.

Mold in the master bathroom

There was mold in the master bathroom. In the master bedroom the tv It wouldn’t let us change channels or turn on half the time. The microwave handle was broken.

Great location, great pools, fast elevators, awesome shower.

We had a fantastic stay and loved the resort. Location could not have been better. There were a few items in the unit that needed some TLC: patio door was extremely difficult to open (wife and kids couldn’t open it at all), bedroom door blinds were broken so had to hand a blanket over it, garbage disposal didn’t work, several light bulbs burnt out, and had to replace several remote batteries that were dead. I consider these all minor issues and would absolutely stay in this same unit again. Only thing I found somewhat concerning was the about of black mold in the master shower. I could tell the cleaners had bleached it heavily when we arrived, so wasn’t worried about it making us sick, but was still somewhat unsettling.

Our great winter getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like this condo's floor plan and location. It's nicely decorated and well stocked. We had a few maintenance issues and ECDI was quick to send someone out each time. However, when the central air stopped working, communication was lacking on what the status was and how long repairs were going to take. So we had several days without air until we finally requested some portable units be brought up. So overall I would say, communication with ECDI could be a lot better. But overall we always love staying here and will be back again!

Absolutely wonderful

This condo is gorgorous and very very spacious. Regarding All the other reviews about it being dirty , this place was spotless. There was no mold anywhere. The floor to ceiling glass made for beautiful views in all directions. The whole place was huge for a condo. The beds were super comfortable, and the master shower i now have plans for my husband to make me one at home. The views were totally unobstucted, pools were clean, hallways clean,, close to fast elevator, parking right there. The kitchen had so much , airfryer, crock pot, we only ate out twice. Cooked and had ocean front dining on the beautiful large balcony. The whole complex is gated with a guard , makes you feel more secure. Every person i ran into went over and beyond helping me find areas. The whole place was wonderful. In fact so wonderful Im already planning a trip next year to stay in the same condo. It was so big , you could have easliy had 8 people in there and it not feel cramped. Overall, this is truly a great condo with perfect location.

Nice Property

Very easy to check in and get settled which is a great way to unload and start your vacation. Very nice and well kept condo with easy access to the beach. There are 4 condo buildings on the property which are all connected with a common walking path on the ground level to get to all buildings. This one is building 4, which is about a 3 minute walk to cantina and large pool area. CONS: No bedding for the pull out sofa bed (FRUSTRATING) Clothes drier did not dry clothes, after maintenance came and looked at it, it still did not work. It also left black marks on our clothing. Also left all of our clothes smelling like cats. This is very frustrating because you are generally doing a load or two every day while on vacation however, we had to take dirty/ wet clothes home home to wash. Considering the amount we paid for this stay, I would say that is a huge inconvenience and is unacceptable. Get that question answered first or you will be putting your wet clothes on the balcony area to dry. With all that said, I would recommend staying at this condo as it was very comfortable for our family of 6. Those inconveniences did not outweigh the memories made there.

Great Place and hope to stay again

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The unit was nice and spacious. It had everything we could need and the facility was nice as well. We really liked the balcony and heated pool. It was clean and well equipped. We hope to stay here again and would recommend it as well. The only negatives were the check out time being at 9am. We would have hoped for at least 10am. And we want to let you know that our son got bit by something in his room. We are not accusing you of having bed bugs but want you to be aware. We don't know what was biting him but he woke up twice with bites on his arms and legs. We checked the bed thoroughly and didn't see anything so we are not sure what it was. Perhaps a bug got in from outside and it was something other than a bed bug (hopefully) but we want you to know that there was something in there. I hope it has moved on. Also we reached out by email to ask for a later check out but never heard back. We were not aware of the payment policy that it had to be paid in full prior, unlike a hotel stay; our first time doing this. When a warning email did arrive, we promptly paid. I had to follow up to make sure the mailed payment was received. For our first hand at a VRBO, overall it was good. Hopefully this unit will be available next year.
