NOTICE OF ONGOING PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: Please note that property-wide construction is currently underway, beginning October 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of August 1, 2025. As of June 11, 2025, all buildings are undergoing elevator tower window replacements. Elevators remain in full operation during this time. Trash chutes may be temporarily inaccessible on certain floors in various buildings. Trash disposal remains available on all first floors. Building 2 stairwells will receive their final coating on June 12, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. During this short window, both stairwells will be temporarily closed. Elevators will remain available for guest use. Project schedules may shift slightly due to weather. Please contact the local office with any questions or concerns.

Take a drive up the coast to the famous Pier Park. Here you will be able to shop at all of your favorite stores and experience the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach. If there are a few golfers in the group, they will be pleased to know that Camp Creek Golf Club is just two miles away as well. Bike rentals are conveniently included in your rental, so grab a few cruisers and explore the coast for yourself. You are sure to find some hidden gems of your own.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
