As a thank you for booking 207, you will enjoy FREE beach chairs and an umbrella set up each day by the Beach Service attendant behind Pelican Walk!

Pelican Walk 207 is located on the second floor in the center of the building and has one of the best views at Pelican Walk! The beach & water views are simply STUNNING! The condo has everything you could need to have the PERFECT Beach vacation! Floor to ceiling windows provides amazing beach and water views from the living room, dining room, and fully equipped, remodeled kitchen. The Balcony is the perfect place to relax, watch the sunset, or enjoy a good book! There are TWO Bedrooms each with a King size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The living area has a NEW sleeper sofa in March 2025. The open floor plan encompasses plenty of space to relax and take in the spectacular view!

Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive and close to the State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most beautiful condominiums. Pelican Walk offers two private pools- one heated seasonally, two outdoor grilling area with gas and charcoal grills, free parking, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, a unique hot tub atrium, dry saunas, and more. Interested in dining out? Across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle House, and Outlaw's Barbeque A few of PCB's favorite local hot spots; Hershey's Beach Ice Cream, Finn's, Schooner's, Capt.
