The staff were helpful, and the coffee shop side business on the ground floor was efficient since I could grab my first espresso on the way out of the hotel. However, there were two negatives. First was the price for the size of the room, and second was the bathroom. The shower drain was not functioning properly, so that water poured out into the bathroom floor and then went into the carpet of the bedroom. And, because the room was not pre-cooled before I got there, I’m worried about the potential for mold given how many other times the bathroom has likely gotten water everywhere because the drain doesn’t work and then the room is kept warm.
