"Beautiful view of blackcomb slopes, pool and hot tubs facing the mountain, right next to everything in whistler village. Staff service was excellent with early check in made available for us as well as free shuttles to the Scandinave spa. Only weird thing was after we checked in one of the staff knocked on our hotel door then immediately unlocked it and popped her head in to ask if everything was good. Was incredibly weird and made us uncomfortable that she was willing to unlock and enter our room when we were in it without us answering or opening the door for her. "

"The staff was phenomenal very helpful. Very kind. They took care of everything with ease from Valley parking to check in to room service. We had a beautiful room on the 10th floor with Mountain View‘s smell like wood burning fire was very clean. The shower with spacious lighting was great chairs and couch were very comfortable. The bed was phenomenal. My only complaint would be that the pillows were a bit too soft, but everyone has their own preference. Overall great location and really, really nice staff. The restaurants downstairs were also pretty good."
