The location was excellent to walk downtown Porto where all the attractions are. The room was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. Plenty of cafes and dining options near by. Had some difficulty with communication with the staff and the instructions for check in could have been better. Speed of communications could be improved as well.
The place is pretty small. It worked for us as a couple traveling but if you have kids especially, a bit older kids, it would be a problem.
Unfortunately we got the 5th floor apartment and with no elevator it was a bit difficult going up and down multiple times a day. Please ask them for a lower floor if you can't walk up. Not having a washer was a bit of a negative for us.
