“El lugar es muy bonito, tanto el edificio como la habitación, la atención es muy buena, siempre contestan, pero a mejorar lo siguiente:
1. la reserva que se suele hacer según las fotos no coincide con la habitación entregada.
2. El servicio de desayuno es solo desde las 8:30
A pesar de lo anterior es un gran lugar.”

“When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.”

“The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful”

“The studio was too small, everything right next to each other. Bed next the entrance and in front o small kitchen. Bathroom was OK. Noise coming from outside of the room and from the ststreet, noisy bed and mattress, noise from the fridge and from the bathroom.”

“Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response.”
