“The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.”

“The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. The breakfast was very nice; fresh fruit bowl, freshly made juice, scrambled eggs and toast with butter and jam. The coffee and hot water for tea are on all day. When we asked for milk for our coffee, we were served warmed milk! How nice! The service and staff could not be more accommodating and warm - we really……

“Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city……

“We didn’t arrive until late due to flight delays, but what we saw was beautiful. It feels like a little oasis among our travels. The staff was very welcoming, the restaurant is large but has a very cozy feel to it, and the shuttle service was phenomenal dealing with our crazy times in/out. Wish we had more time there than just a layover to explore the surrounding area. When we make it back to Quito we will be staying for a much longer time.”
