The one thing that surprised us was that had only one iron for the entire hotel and it was never ‘found’ for us to use. So, other than the wrinkly clothes we had a great time!"

An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Coffee was available downstairs but when I asked if I could have a coffee I was told no, that I needed to be preregistered and have paid for an entire...
