“The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. Further more the toilet walls had condensation and damp everywhere in addition to not having an……
“Vriendelijke ontvangst door gastvrouw Valentina en meteen een drankje aangeboden gekregen bij aankomst. Ze doet er alles aan om te zorgen dat je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk verloopt, niks is te veel. Ruime kamer en grote badkamer. Pluspunt is dat het uitgebreid ontbijt altijd inbegrepen is. Heel tevreden over mijn verblijf!”
