Great little hotel
A really good hotel on 3rd street, just a 15 min walk from most places in pattaya, really friendly and helpful staff, lively cheap little cafe next door and 7.11 across the road, definately recomend this place

A Half Star Motel at Best
First of all, the dude at the front desk couldn't find my reservation because it was booked as an Expedia reservation instead of hotels.com. When I finally got to the room, it literally looked like a prison cell. The bedding was disgusting and the room smelled nasty. There was hair on the sheets. I understand you get what you pay for, but I only needed a room for 4 hours as I arrived early morning and checked out the same morning. Of all the budget hotels I have stayed in around this price, this was by far the worst. The photos look nothing like reality. This is an honest review and I will never use hotels.com again if they don't post this as a warning to other customers.
