Staff were fantastic I had room 307 which was basically 2 rooms in one,massive,great AC everything is easily walkable while the soi the hotel is on is very quiet,great massage shop opposite too.

Great short stay

Great short stay. Big, comfortable room.. not plush, but very nice and clean. Bathroom water pressure great. Was quiet, which is surprising given the area. I’d stay there again.

The best hotel around here. Very central & had an opportunity to stay many times. In simple words. Nice,clean hotel for the price, Excellent staff, Beach, reasturants & most important of all cheap transport almost next door.

excellent location, all facilities required were provided, room was huge and clean, staff were polite and helpful. Shower over bathtub was a cheap plastic item (although perfectly useable). A more up-to-date walk-in shower would have been nicer.

The hotel is in a good location, it’s a little older but still in good condition, my room was the largest o the 3rd flood and the only one not renovated yet I think, it still had an old tube tv and you can never watch a movie to the end. But all in all it’s a good place to stay, close to the beach and bars/ food and the massage across the street is fantastic and legit Thai massage

Hotel is conveniently located from Beach RD, my room had a very old model television, and no hit water in the shower. Also, a few of the front desk staff wasn't friendly. I'm uncertain if they were having a bad day or not however, not the attitude for customer service.

Great staff. They did a great job remodeling and updating the property including the room. My only “complaint” is the use of a traditional key and not a key card. Made me feel just a little paranoid leaving my room thinking that someone could pick the lock. Otherwise it was a really good room and a really good stay.

Sadly probably my last visit on and off after 20 years. It is old and worn but will still miss it! A couple of the lower floors underwent a refurb back in 2017/8, but I usually prefer to stay in one of the suites on the top floor (8th). Which to be honest mostly remain unchanged incl the furniture since the hotels opening back in 2004! (yes, I met my first thai girlfriend here back than). But hey I still prefer this place. If there is an issue such as poorly running faucet, it will get fixed asap. The staff have always been great here and its always been guest friendly for the right patron. Plenty of resto's (Sportsman is next door) and bar's nearby, and I regularly used Coco gym which is only a 5 minute walk away.

Booked for myself and also my friend but sadly, Not so good anymore. Poor ongoing WiFi signal was never resolved despite rebooting. Ants in the room Sign on sliding door says beware of mosquitos but cleaner left sliding door open so had mosquitos in the room. Sliding door loose, didn't lock and no sound insulation so can hear street noise. Noisy at 8am in the morning from the cleaners Air conditioning is very noisy Pillows are nice Bed was firm Bottled water everyday was good. Room was tidied but can't say it was cleaned as still had dirt stuck to floor. Bed sheet was ripped, not even an attempt to repair it. Lighting is very poor, no ceiling lights and hard to shave due to poor lighting. I HV as to leave 1 day earlier however to change booking would have cost double and Sandy Springs offered no options. No longer able to praise this hotel.😞

Sandy Springs is a centrally located hotel on Soi13 that provides easy walking access to the beach, walking street and Central Pattaya. Amenities were nice and the staff was super attentive and always polite. I will definitely stay in this hotel on future visits to Pattaya. Great value as well.
