"Nice clean hotel, located very close to Plaza d’Armas. All the staff members are very nice, helpful and friendly except for one lady with glasses, who works the reception in the evening. She was rude, always on her phone and acted like we were disturbing her. She even told me not to get was from the dining area even if the other receptionist in the morning said I could help myself. Other than this employee the others were so helpful. They even made me a breakfast box to go as I had to leave on an early morning excursion at 5:00 am. "
