“This new venture in a mansion with an historic story has been open 4 months in the village on the side of a mountain above Volos. Owners Chris and Rob are welcoming, professional and offer top notch service and warmth in a residence with stunning views. There are five rooms, two massive suites, an included breakfast made to your liking either in your room or in the sitting room by the fire (it was late February). Man wird jederzeit einfach herzlichst gegrüßt und immer wird einem ein Kaffee "aufgezwungen" :D Das Frühstück wird erst einmal als Buffet angeboten, ganz ok, aber eigentlich braucht es das nicht, dann kommen jeden Tag verschiedene Dinge direkt an den Tisch, Orangensaft, Blätterteigtaschen, Pizza, Tiramisu, Joghurt mit Früchten, Nüssen ud……

“I loved Hotel Katia. The staff were lovely and the area was amazing. The room was much bigger than expected given the price, we had a full veranda and spacious room. The only minor inconvenience was the shower was quite small and the bathroom would cover with water as a result. Thank you so much Hotel Katia we look forward to staying again. ”

“Had a great time at Afissos Blu Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the sea. Just down the street are a number of tavernas and shops. The little village is quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of our stay was our host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating! We were gifted a jar of homemade honey before we left and felt right at home during our stay. Highly recommended! 5 stars!”
