This house is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a beach access, and also has an unobstructed view of the ocean, that most on the same side of the street don’t. The layout is perfect for two families if needed. Recommend highly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight adults and an infant had room to share common spaces but could also retreat to their own private bedroom. Close to beach/plenty of good restaurants within walking distance/enough amenities to keep busy. Didn't think we'd want to swim in December but the weather was nice enough that we should have paid to have the pool water heated. Some of us braved the ocean instead. Only downsides were: 16 stairs to get to the living area (so keep in mind if you are traveling with disabled/elderly) and some of the cooking utensils/pans need replacing. All in all a great place to rent.

Unfortunately it was cloudy and some sun, but not enough to get pool temperature up. So we didn't use pool. Lots of parking. The frig needs some shelves replaced and new ones added. Extra frig was handy for beverages. The view from front porch was great and sitting outside in chairs was very relaxing. Loved view of gulf.
