Tucked inside the gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for your next beach getaway. With views of the Santa Rosa Sound and just steps to the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll be surrounded by the beauty of Pensacola Beach from sunrise to sunset.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of space to spread out. The sleeping arrangements are ideal with the primary suite featuring a King bed and private access to the third-floor balcony, while a second bedroom also offers a cozy King. The third bedroom includes two Full beds—perfect for kids or friends to share—and the fourth bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a Queen bed, a Twin bed with a Twin trundle.

Enjoy access to the neighborhood’s brand-new community pool and private pier on the Sound — ideal for swimming, fishing, or simply watching the sunset.

Inside, the home features a large open-concept living area, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Multiple balconies offer quiet spots for morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view. There's also a convenient outdoor shower and covered porch space on the ground level.

Just a short stroll to the sand and surf, this home is perfectly positioned for beach days, family dinners, and laid-back coastal living.
