The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great, and parking was convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff goes above and beyond!! Clean and tidy with a unique look and feel. I believe it was an old bank. Easy to park and just over all great experience because of the accommodating staff especially front desk and restaurant!

If you have a teenager or anyone under the age of 21 there is no where to eat at the hotel as all the restaurants are on the main floor of the casino and underage kids can’t walk through the casino floor to the restaurants. Regardless of they are with their parents or not. Imagine coming to a hotel with a teenager late at night after a long drive and being told that you can’t eat at the restaurant because you can’t reach it without going through the casino floor. It is very common to have restaurants surrounding the casino floor but never been to one where you have to be 21 or over to walk to it. Most ridiculous policy. Nothing on the reservation that alerts you to this fact. I must also mention the one and only pool they have is 21 and over as well. So they should just call their hotel adults only and be done with it. Don’t stay there if you are heading to visit LSU. With your teenager. You will have to drive or DoorDash to eat anything including breakfast. Looks great on paper but poorly managed and rude/indifferent staff.
